Material Selection: Assisting in choosing the right metal type and thickness based on the application, structural needs, and desired finish. Common materials include stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

Tooling & Setup: Custom dies and tools are selected or manufactured to meet specific design requirements. The setup ensures that the machinery is calibrated for precise angles and bends.

Quality Assurance: Inspecting bent parts to confirm that dimensions and angles meet specifications.

Customization: Offers additional services such as hole punching, embossing, or forming specialized bends like Z-bends and U-bends for complex designs.
Gripsteel work with two types of bending machines:
- Expert Pro 100: lifting capacity 100 tons, maximum bending lenght of 3100 mm.
- ByBend Star 80: lifting capacity 80 tons, maximum bending lenght 1530 mm.
Maximum capacity of steel bending is 40 mm, copper and aluminum up to 10 mm.
